A well-established women’s health practice in Queens is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, high-performing clinical team. Requirements & Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New York State (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in OB/GYN, women’s health, or family medicine preferred
• Strong clinical and procedural experience in an outpatient setting
• Knowledge of New York State healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills

Must haves:

• Perform comprehensive women’s health exams including pelvic exams, Pap smears, and contraceptive counseling
• Conduct in-office procedures such as IUD insertions/removals, biopsies, and minor gynecologic procedures
• Manage prenatal and postnatal patient visits, including routine monitoring and patient education
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including specialty referrals and follow-ups
• Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
• Accurately document patient encounters using EMR systems while maintaining compliance standards

Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience working in a high-volume OB/GYN or women’s health clinic
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar
• Strong interest in preventative care and patient education initiatives
• Ability to build long-term patient relationships and contribute to practice growth
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based care environment
