Head Chef | $80–90K | High-Energy Concept | Growth-Focused Culture

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
Coach, develop, and motivate your team to perform at a high level
Maintain strong cost controls, including food, labor, and inventory
Ensure consistency, quality, and execution across every shift
Partner with leadership to drive performance and culture

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants
Proven success in high-volume environments ($2M+ annual sales)
Hands-on leader who leads from the front
High energy, strong sense of urgency, and team-first mentality
Passion for hospitality, food quality, and developing others
