Practice Director / Operations Leader Requirements & Qualifications:

3–5+ years of leadership experience in operations, practice management, or healthcare administration
Strong business and financial acumen, comfortable with P&L, balance sheets, and EBITDA
Proven track record building cohesive teams and improving operational performance
Experience leading staff in a multi-provider or multi-location environment preferred

Practice Director / Operations Leader Preferred Background & Skills:

Healthcare sector experience a plus, but not required for exceptional operational leaders

Practice Director / Operations Leader Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across two locations and a multi-provider practice
Build and implement systems and workflows to optimize efficiency
Develop and lead clinical and administrative teams, fostering a culture of accountability and empowerment
Evaluate and improve financial performance, including revenue cycle and collections oversight
Establish and grow an in-house collections function
Partner with ownership on long-term strategy and growth planning
