Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, or Construction Management.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on project experience in NYC construction, ideally with municipal, infrastructure, or mechanical projects.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering and construction drawings with precision.
  • Must exhibit proficiency in basic engineering computations and analysis; 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to drive progress and build strong client and team relationships.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of plumbing, pumps, piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD or related drafting software.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • U.S. work authorization with the ability to contribute fully without restrictions.
