Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant leadership
  • Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
  • Excellent integrity and character
  • Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Exceptional integrity, work ethic and a positive mindset

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Past or present culinary experience
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
  • Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
  • Experience with cost control with product and labor
  • Experience with training and mentoring
