Business Development Manager – DMV Area (Washington, DC, VA, and Maryland)

Business Development Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of B2B janitorial sales experience with at least 2 years in a sales management or team leadership role
• Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets in service-based industries (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, staffing, or logistics)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach Sales Managers across multiple markets
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be comfortable with frequent regional travel
• Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting walkthroughs, closing deals, managing team performance, and supporting client relationships
Business Development Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
• Previous exposure to startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and lead change successfully
