Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for sales efforts and results with top retailers e-commerce sites, including Amazon, Home Depot, Menard's, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, Family Dollar, etc.

Ecommerce Account Manager Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain a continuing relationship with existing merchants and staff in all departments at the corporate customer level
Maximize sales by utilizing tools to drive shoppers to the company's products on the customer's websites
Forecast sales and assist with monthly reporting for each customer

Ecommerce Account Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of retail e-commerce experience with customers such as Amazon, The Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, etc.
Successful track record of growing sales within customers
Strong knowledge of customer portals
Sales forecasting experience
