Now Hiring: Restaurant Manager (New Restaurant Opening)

📍 McLean, VA

Are you ready to be part of an exciting new restaurant opening in McLean? We’re partnering with a well-funded, chef-driven concept preparing to debut in one of Northern Virginia’s most dynamic markets — and we’re seeking a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Manager to help lead the launch.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the ground level, build the culture, hire the team, and set the tone for operational excellence from day one.

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing service team
Drive hospitality standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
Manage labor, scheduling, and controllable costs
Support a seamless pre-opening process and grand opening execution
Foster a positive, accountable, team-focused culture

What We’re Looking For:

2 + years of management experience in upscale or polished casual dining
New restaurant opening experience preferred
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, floor-driven approach
Solid understanding of labor management and operational controls
Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction
High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
