Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM Administrator Requirements & Qualifications

7–10 years hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and partnering with accounting and supply chain teams
Track record with administering, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM, including Asset-Based Service and relevant cloud components
Strong understanding of accounting, finance, supply chain, and inventory operations
Project management experience and ability to communicate effectively across teams
Relevant certifications for Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM administration and integration (preferred)
Experience managing cloud upgrades, platform changes, and system integrations
Familiarity with SOX controls and IT General Controls within a SOX environment

Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM Administrator Preferred Background & Skills

Background in construction, field service, or telecommunications organizations
Experience working in a publicly traded company
Practical knowledge of revenue reporting, cash management, and SEC reporting
Familiarity with change control processes, including secure coding and documentation
Experience configuring APIs and connector integrations between ERP/SCM and adjacent systems (e.g., FSM, IoT, GIS, CRM)
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills

Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM Administrator Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM modules to optimize finance and supply chain operations
Oversee software upgrades and patching and ensure seamless integration with other business-critical applications
Manage and troubleshoot ERP/SCM integrations, APIs, and data flows with billing, field service, GIS, HR, and CRM systems
Develop, test, and update financial and operational reports to meet evolving business needs
Collaborate closely with finance, procurement, and network operations teams to identify workflow challenges and deliver scalable solutions
Enforce policies for data security, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and SOX requirements
