Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SDR, BDR, or inside sales role within B2B technology
- Proven success prospecting and generating pipeline within enterprise-level accounts
- Experience selling or supporting conversations around AI, SaaS, cloud, automation, data, or digital transformation solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Proficiency in leveraging sales enablement tools and platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex client pain points
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events
Must Haves
- Build and execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers across key verticals
- Identify operational pain points and align AI-driven solutions to client business objectives
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with executives, operations leaders, and technology stakeholders
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Solutions teams to accelerate qualified pipeline opportunities
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, market intelligence tools, webinars, and industry events to generate new business opportunities
- Research target accounts, organizational structures, and buying committees to improve outreach effectiveness
- Maintain accurate forecasting, activity tracking, and opportunity updates within Salesforce CRM
- Consistently exceed monthly pipeline generation and meeting targets
- Deliver actionable market intelligence and competitive insights back to leadership and marketing teams
- Stay current on emerging AI trends, enterprise automation technologies, and industry shifts impacting customer needs
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience supporting AI, machine learning, automation, or digital transformation sales initiatives
- Prior experience selling into Fortune 1000 or enterprise organizations
- Familiarity with enterprise technology ecosystems and operational transformation strategies
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling abilities
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced technology environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences
- Previous exposure to multi-channel outbound strategies and account-based prospecting
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven mindset
