Field Operations Manager Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end execution of barrier projects ranging from standard installations to complex, security-driven builds
Coordinate materials planning, labor allocation, scheduling, and on-site operations
Serve as the primary point of accountability for project performance, safety compliance, and quality standards
Lead field teams and subcontractors
Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients while managing multiple active projects

Field Operations Manager Qualifications

Minimum of five years of hands-on experience managing construction projects, preferably civil, fencing, barrier, and/or guardrail work
Proven leadership ability in fast-moving, scaling organizations
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of construction software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Commitment to job-site safety, team development, and maintaining a growth-oriented mindset; must pass a pre-employment drug screening
