Sous Chef | Elevated Dining Concept | Savannah, GA
A busy, chef-driven restaurant in Savannah is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join its culinary leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated kitchen leader who enjoys high-energy service, strong team culture, and delivering an exceptional guest experience night after night.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, leads from the front, and understands how to balance creativity, execution, and operational discipline in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in leading all back-of-house operations during service
- Coach, develop, and motivate line cooks and prep teams
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency
- Support scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on daily execution and kitchen leadership
- Help foster a positive, professional, and accountable kitchen culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Manager experience
- Background in upscale, polished casual, or high-volume dining
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent
- Stable work history and a genuine interest in long-term growth
