Business Launch Program
- You will launch your own recruiting business with guidance from our experienced leadership team. They will walk you through every aspect of starting and growing your business, sharing the proven strategies and insights that have built our company’s long-standing success.
- You will be supported by a dedicated team of recruiting coaches who are committed to helping you start making placements quickly, without micromanagement.
- New partners benefit from joining an established network with existing clients and recruiters. You will have the opportunity to partner on active searches to gain hands-on experience and start earning while you build your own client relationships.
- Our leadership team will continue to work closely with you after your launch, providing ongoing support, mentorship, and best practices to help you grow your business.
- Goodwin provides you with over $4,000 per month in business resources, including marketing and branding tools, premium sourcing licenses, paid job ad space, and a license for our advanced ATS with access to hundreds of thousands of candidates. These resources are all included as part of your partnership to help you build and sustain a successful recruiting business.
Compensation and Growth Potential
- There are no territory restrictions on clients or candidates you can work.
- Goodwin Recruiting offers an unlimited earning potential with no cap.
- This is truly a business partnership role. Our top producers are self-driven and ambitious and enjoy the independence of running their own business with the support of the leadership team.
- The compensation for this position is strictly commission based.
- Over the last 12 months:
- Our Recruiting Partners with tenure of at least 1 year have averaged $95k+ in income.
- Our high-performing Recruiting Partners earn $150k+ in income.
