Restaurant Manager for a high-volume restaurant. This fast-growing restaurant company is looking for a great leader. This is a very successful restaurant company that averages about 3 million dollars per year. They have opened 50 restaurants in the past few years with the same amount of growth projected for the future. They are looking for managers to grow with them.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

  • Must come from a scratch kitchen background
  • Looking for currently employed in a corporate environment
  • Good tenure (3 years or more) – Job Hoppers need not apply
  • Excellent Financial Package for the right person
  • Must have career progression

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all facets of the kitchen and its success
  • We are looking for a hands-on, high-energy manager
  • Strong culinary background necessary for success in this role
  • Weekend work would be the typical standard, so if you're looking for the country club life, no need to apply
