An established hospitality group is seeking a driven Executive Chef to lead culinary operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an extremly organized leader to lead a team of 2 restaurants, shape culture, and influence the dining experience in a supportive environment focused on growth and quality.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an executive or sous chef in a full-service kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and ordering

Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience with high volume kitchens
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with menu costing and recipe development technology

Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality and presentation
  • Train, develop, and inspire kitchen staff for peak performance
  • Collaborate with management on menu design, specials, and culinary events
  • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and reduce waste
  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive kitchen culture, collaborate with Culinary Director and Front of House Managers
