An established hospitality group is seeking a driven Executive Chef to lead culinary operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an extremly organized leader to lead a team of 2 restaurants, shape culture, and influence the dining experience in a supportive environment focused on growth and quality.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as an executive or sous chef in a full-service kitchen
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and ordering

Executive Chef Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with high volume kitchens
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with menu costing and recipe development technology

Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality and presentation
Train, develop, and inspire kitchen staff for peak performance
Collaborate with management on menu design, specials, and culinary events
Monitor inventory, control food costs, and reduce waste
Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive kitchen culture, collaborate with Culinary Director and Front of House Managers
