Restaurant District Manager Salary & Benefits:
- Generous base salary ($95-$100K)
- Attractive quarterly bonus (15%)

Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in multi-unit leadership is required
- Managing 5 or more high-volume full-service and/or polished fast casual restaurants is required
- Strong financial business acumen, including P+L ownership, inventory analysis, and cost management
- Proven track record of team development, including effective succession planning, internal promotions, training, hiring, and recruiting
- Model authentic, warm guest experience, responsible for instilling great service in team
- Drive expert operational practices and standards and efficiencies
