We’re seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead a high-performing team at our modern hospitality concept. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and has a passion for hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and elevate the overall guest experience while collaborating closely with ownership and culinary leadership.

General Manager – Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
  • Proven success managing operations, labor, and financial performance in a high-volume setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on manager who leads by example and builds strong team culture
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
  • Knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and health code compliance
  • Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management

General Manager – Must Haves:

  • Ability to recruit, train, and inspire a hospitality-driven team
  • Track record of maintaining exceptional guest experiences and service standards
  • Experience analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to increase profitability
  • Commitment to operational excellence—cleanliness, organization, and efficiency
  • Strong attention to detail in cost control, inventory, and vendor management
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Passion for hospitality and creating a positive, people-first workplace culture
