Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of polished-dining management experience.
Experience managing restaurants with sales volumes of $4M+.
No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.
Ability to relocate in the future is desirable.

Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in a scratch kitchen environment.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
Manage financial performance and drive sales growth.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and development.
