A growing, high-performing law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its commercial litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who is committed to delivering excellent client service, sharpening their litigation skills, and growing within a collaborative, supportive firm.

The Opportunity:

Handle a wide range of commercial, real estate, and construction litigation matters
Take ownership of cases while working closely with experienced partners
Conduct and defend depositions and contribute to trial preparation
Collaborate with a strong, team-oriented litigation group
No billable hour requirements

Qualifications:

4–8 years of active litigation experience
Experience in Colorado state court litigation (commercial, construction, and/or real estate)
Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage cases independently and prioritize competing deadlines
Deposition experience required; trial experience preferred
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Colorado bar license (California license a plus)
Team-oriented mindset with a “no task too small” attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $145,000–$160,000, depending on experience

Quarterly bonus potential with no billable hour requirements
