A growing, high-performing law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its commercial litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney who is committed to delivering excellent client service, sharpening their litigation skills, and growing within a collaborative, supportive firm.
The Opportunity:
- Handle a wide range of commercial, real estate, and construction litigation matters
- Take ownership of cases while working closely with experienced partners
- Conduct and defend depositions and contribute to trial preparation
- Collaborate with a strong, team-oriented litigation group
- No billable hour requirements
Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of active litigation experience
- Experience in Colorado state court litigation (commercial, construction, and/or real estate)
- Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and prioritize competing deadlines
- Deposition experience required; trial experience preferred
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Colorado bar license (California license a plus)
- Team-oriented mindset with a “no task too small” attitude
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $145,000–$160,000, depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus potential with no billable hour requirements
