We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our growing team! If you are interested in joining a dynamic group, we are looking for outgoing, driven hospitality professionals!

Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience demonstrating leadership
Strong tenure with no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years
Independent learner eager to work their way up within the company
Culinary degree appreciated but not required

Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities and Traits:

Hands-on management style, willing to work the line daily
Strong attention to detail – curious and constantly in pursuit of improvement
Comfortable with coaching and driving excellence
Able to build relationships quickly and build solid teams
High energy, positive, and passionate about hospitality

Assistant Kitchen Manager Benefits:

Base salary up to 65K based on experience
Attainable bonus structure at 10-15% of base salary
