Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience in a private‑equity‑backed company, roll‑up strategy, or acquisition integration
- Familiarity with ASC 606, construction billing structures, and contract compliance
- Experience implementing or improving accounting systems, processes, or controls
- Background supporting external audits or lender reporting requirements
- 4–5 years in construction or project-based businesses.
- 7–10 years of accounting or finance experience
