Assistant MedSpa Manager – Aesthetic Sales & Operations
Are you passionate about aesthetics, exceptional client experiences, and driving sales? We're seeking a hands-on Assistant MedSpa Manager who can support daily operations, lead by example, and help create an outstanding patient experience in a growing medical aesthetics environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven environment
- Previous team leadership, supervisory, or lead experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with sales goals, retail products, and client relationship management
- Proficiency with scheduling, POS systems, and basic financial reconciliation
- Ability to work Saturdays and occasional special events
Must Haves
- Serve as the on-site leadership contact when the MedSpa Manager is unavailable
- Coach front desk and call center teams on service standards, appointment conversions, and patient engagement
- Resolve escalated patient concerns professionally while protecting the client experience
- Reconcile daily sales, cash transactions, and third-party payment platforms
- Support inventory management, ordering, and month-end counts
- Drive retail sales, treatment bookings, patient retention, and follow-up appointments
- Assist with local marketing initiatives and promotional events
Preferred Background & Skills
- 2–3 years in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, medspa, or a similar environment
- Experience selling aesthetic treatments, skincare products, or premium services
- Familiarity with Milano or similar medspa management software
- Experience with sales reporting, conversion metrics, and team coaching
- College degree with a sales, marketing, or business emphasis preferred
