We are seeking an Executive Chef for a unique, Luxury Hotel. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in classic and progressive cooking, menu refreshing including banquet programs, working in concert with the Executive team on operations, and juggling the competing demands of stakeholders with professional savvy.

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience Exec. Chef
• At least 3 years experience in a high-end, fine dining restaurant (Michelin experience preferred)
• Experience with Hotel banquets and a la carte dining
• Formal Culinary Education preferred
• Stong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines
• Highly creative with a unique, distinct, and attractive style
• Refined and professional craftsmanship, plating, and design

Luxury Hotel Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Run an efficient culinary program
• Create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in concert with leadership
• Teach and manage Culinary team on all recipes and expectations
• Be a presentable and a marketable figure in the hotel
• Ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines for Labor and COGs
• Foster a positive kitchen culture and collaborative relationships with FOH teams
