We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead a popular full-service restaurant in Charlottesville, Virginia!

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain exceptional guest service and food quality.
• Manage labor, food costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Ensure operational consistency and compliance with food safety standards.

General Manager Qualifications:

• Proven restaurant management experience, preferably in full-service dining.
• Strong financial and operational knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work 50–55 hours weekly, including weekends and evenings.
