Assistant Distribution Center Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Assistant Distribution Center Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role in Warehouse Management
- Demonstrated positive leadership with a people-first approach
- Warehouse management experience required
- Strong background in P&L management, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and security/loss prevention
Assistant Distribution Center Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage daily staffing and overall operations, including meetings and reporting
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive experience
- Analyze sales and profit data to support operational decisions
- Ensure food safety compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Foster a growth and succession mindset within the team
