Immediate opening for an experienced Commercial Director of Service for a long-tenured and reputable MEP company!
Commercial Director of Service Benefits:

Commercial Director of Service Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in the commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical industry
- Leadership over a substantial business or division
- Demonstrated success setting strategy, leading managers, managing P&L and delivering profitable growth
- Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, pricing, job costing, operational KPIs, resource planning and financial decision-making
- Sound understanding of preventative maintenance, field-service delivery, emergency response, commercial mechanical systems and customer expectations
- Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Industry licenses or certification
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, if required
Commercial Director of Service Soft Skills Requirements:
- Ultimate integrity and professionalism
- Executive level communication, team relationship building and the ability to translate strategy into measurable results
- Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Possess a strong personal desire for improvement; and desire to motivate HVAC technicians to be better tomorrow than they are today
Commercial Director of Service Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with commercial and institutional accounts, recurring maintenance agreement growth, equipment upgrades, retrofits, controls, and owner-direct project delivery
- Experience implementing service-management technology, dashboards, operating processes, or organizational change
- Relevant technical education, business education, professional credentials, or equivalent experience
