Executive Chef | $75k-$80k

Locally owned, upscale restaurant group seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Chef who loves what they and has a passion for driving culture and being part of a team. Also bring culinary skills, financial acumen, and a collaborative leadership style.

• Previous Executive Chef experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant required
• Strong background in scratch cooking, menu development, culinary techniques, and food presentation
• Experience managing food costs, labor costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen profitability
• Proven ability to hire, train, mentor, and develop Sous Chefs and culinary teams
• Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to food quality, consistency, and kitchen execution
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations
• Humble, hardworking, and personable leader who builds a positive team culture
• Confident decision-maker who works collaboratively with restaurant leadership
• Stable employment history required, with no more than 3 employers in the past 5 years
• Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily in contract foodservice, institutional dining, healthcare, corporate dining, or university dining will not be considered

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000–$80,000 base salary
