A premier casino and entertainment destination is seeking an experienced, hands-on Banquet Chef to lead culinary operations and deliver exceptional banquet experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary leader who enjoys working alongside their team, executing high-volume events, and maintaining outstanding food quality and presentation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily banquet culinary operations, remaining actively involved in food preparation, production, and execution.
• Oversee large-scale banquets, private events, and special functions both on and off property.
• Develop creative banquet menus and collaborate with catering sales on customized event offerings.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise culinary team members.
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and sanitation.
• Manage food costs, labor budgets, purchasing, inventory, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate multiple events while ensuring seamless execution and outstanding guest experiences.

What You’ll Bring

• 4–5 years of Executive Banquet Chef experience preferred.
• Strong background in upscale hotels, resorts, casinos, or large conference and banquet facilities.
• Proven experience executing high-volume banquets and managing culinary teams.
• A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for working in the kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food cost controls, labor management, purchasing, and inventory.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to relocate to Cincinnati if not already local.
