Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Chadds Ford, PA | Fully Onsite
A growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join its close-knit team. Enjoy a laid-back office atmosphere, your own office, casual dress, and an early finish on Fridays.
The Role
- Service personal lines accounts and assist clients with day-to-day insurance needs
- Answer incoming calls and respond to policy and coverage questions
- Quote renewals and remarket policies to find suitable coverage options
- Communicate with clients and carriers and maintain accurate account records
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Two or more years of client-facing personal lines experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- EZLynx experience preferred
- Independent agency and captive agency backgrounds welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range of $55,000–$75,000
- Paid Time Off
- Employer-Sponsored Health Insurance
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
