A well-established construction company in Central Florida is seeking an organized and motivated Estimating Project Coordinator to support its estimating team.

Estimating Project Coordinator Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, or estimating preferred
• Familiarity with construction bidding processes is a plus
• Experience working with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM, bid tracking, or project management software preferred

Estimating Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Assist the estimating team with tracking bids, deadlines, and project opportunities
• Prepare and distribute requests for quotes (RFQs) to vendors and subcontractors
• Track incoming pricing and organize subcontractor proposals
• Maintain follow-up schedules for submitted bids and project opportunities
• Research potential clients, construction projects, and bidding opportunities
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document organization
