Restaurant General Manager

Billings, MT

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a fast-casual restaurant. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong financial management skills, experience developing restaurant teams, and the ability to manage all aspects of daily operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$65,000 base salary

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager required
• Fast-casual or quick-service restaurant experience preferred
• Full responsibility for restaurant operations, P&L, sales, and profitability
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers and hourly employees
• Lead a restaurant team of up to 30 employees
• Drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction
• Maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Implement company initiatives, new systems, and operational procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, accountability, and adaptability
• Local market experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check required
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
