Restaurant General Manager – Great Culture + Quarterly Bonuses!
Location: Bismarck, ND
Salary: $60,000–$70,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity
Are you a hands-on restaurant leader who loves building great teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and driving results? We're looking for an energetic, motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service casual dining restaurant in Bismarck, ND!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys being involved in daily operations, developing their people, and creating a fun, positive environment for both guests and team members.

Restaurant General Manager – What You'll Do:
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Take ownership of restaurant performance, including sales, profitability, and P&L management.
- Manage food costs, labor, inventory, scheduling, and operational budgets.
- Build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and employee development.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and operational consistency.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
- Lead by example and stay actively involved in both FOH and BOH operations.
Restaurant General Manager – What We're Looking For:
- Proven General Manager experience in a full-service, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, food and labor costs, and restaurant profitability.
- Experience hiring, training, and developing successful teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on, positive leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational standards.
- A track record of delivering great guest experiences and consistent results.
