Coffee Shop District Manager Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a District Manager or Director of Operations overseeing several units
- Must be hands-on
- A desire to advance and produce strong results
- Strong business acumen
- Servant leader
- Strong training, development, mentoring skills
- Strong Tenure – no job hoppers
