Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of the Oklahoma City (OKC) restaurant market
• Strong understanding of FOH, BOH, and bar operations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams
• Strong financial acumen, including labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor managers and team members
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and financial reporting
• Create memorable guest experiences and build lasting customer relationships
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and hospitality
• Ensure operational consistency, food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
