Marketing Analytics Manager
A growing national restaurant brand is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to drive data-informed decision-making across operations, finance, and marketing. This role will oversee business intelligence reporting, analyze restaurant performance, optimize menu profitability, and lead the evaluation and implementation of AI solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with restaurant technology platforms and data; menu data experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Understanding of restaurant metrics, including PMIX, comparable sales, labor costs, food costs, and channel profitability.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, campaign performance, promotions, and ROI.
- Familiarity with APIs, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing; Snowflake, BigQuery, or Microsoft Fabric experience is a plus.
- Aloha Enterprise or Toast reporting experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop executive dashboards, financial reports, and KPI scorecards to monitor restaurant performance.
- Analyze sales trends, menu profitability, pricing, labor, food costs, and marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
- Maintain accurate menu, pricing, and product data across restaurant technology platforms.
- Lead AI initiatives, including use case identification, data readiness, vendor evaluation, and pilot implementation.
- Establish AI governance standards with IT, measure pilot results, and present recommendations to leadership.
