A high-volume, upscale casual restaurant in downtown Raleigh is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a vibrant, polished dining operation generating over $6 million in annual sales. This scratch-kitchen concept offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, along with a strong private dining and events program. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a trendy, energetic environment, builds strong community relationships, and knows how to drive both operational excellence and profitability.

General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, including General Manager responsibilities in an upscale, high-volume environment
- Proven success managing restaurant operations generating $6M+ in annual revenue
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, labor, cost controls, and profitability
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing management and hourly teams
General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in upscale casual, polished casual, or trendy, chef-driven restaurant concepts with scratch-kitchen operations
- Background overseeing private dining, special events, and multiple dining spaces
- Strong community involvement with the ability to build local relationships and drive restaurant visibility
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and maintaining high service standards across multiple meal periods
