Lead Line Cook
We are hiring a Lead Line Cook for a small kitchen executing boxed meals. No special orders here! Simple meals executed at high volume. We offer consistent 8-hour shifts. and room for growth!

Lead Line Cook Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Kitchen production/ Cooking
- ServSafe Certification
- Available from 8 am- 4 pm
- Military Vets welcome!
Lead Line Cook Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production and service, ensuring meals are delivered on time with correct portioning and consistent quality
- Implement and enforce standardized recipes, batch cooking, and station assembly lines according to Kitchen Recipe Guide and SOPs
- Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff, maintaining fairness and accountability in line with company policies
- Support staff with production where needed
