Client Service Associate – South Tampa

Boutique Registered Investment Advisor | South Tampa

A growing boutique RIA in South Tampa is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join its close-knit team and build a long-term career supporting a Financial Advisor and high-net-worth clients.

We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, virtually, and in person.
• Manage day-to-day client account requests, including ACH, distributions, ACATs, wire transfers, rollovers, account openings, check deposits, and trading.
• Support client onboarding and assist clients with online platforms and technology.
• Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation while ensuring compliance with firm and industry requirements.
• Work closely with the Financial Advisor and team to provide a seamless client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of recent client service experience supporting a Financial Advisor within an RIA or broker-dealer.
• FINRA registration, including Series 65 or SIE, is a plus. Series 65 is required for the position, and the firm will support you in obtaining it.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential client information.
• Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
