Catering Sales Manager

Catering Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven success in catering sales or high-volume event management, ideally in the restaurant industry
- Expertise in client relationship cultivation and contract negotiation
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Triple Seat or similar CRM platforms
- Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as required
Catering Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new catering clients through strategic sales and community engagement
- Develop customized proposals and finalize contracts balancing client satisfaction and profitability
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams on menu design, logistics, and event execution for onsite and offsite catering
- Mentor and guide the catering team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee inventory and equipment readiness to ensure flawless event delivery
- Track sales performance and provide insights to leadership while staying current on industry trends
