Commercial Construction Sales Representative Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven results in commercial construction sales
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRMs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, if required
Commercial Construction Sales Representative Soft Skills Requirements:
- Self-motivated and driven to reach goals
- Organized and disciplined
- Stellar sales approach and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superb customer relations abilities
Commercial Construction Sales Representative Preferred Skills (not required):
- A competent grasp of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- OSHA certification
