An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations within one of Boston’s premier high-volume sports and entertainment environments. This is a hands-on leadership role for a talented culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced, event-driven settings and is passionate about developing teams and delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.

Executive Chef Entertainment Sports Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or senior culinary leader in a high-volume operation
  • Strong background managing large culinary teams and executing food service for major events, premium dining, catering, or hospitality operations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of menu development, food quality, presentation, purchasing, inventory, labor, and cost controls
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, ServSafe standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment

Executive Chef Entertainment Sports Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily culinary operations across multiple food service and premium dining areas
  • Develop and execute menus while maintaining consistently high standards for food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, mentor, schedule, and develop culinary team members while fostering a positive, accountable team culture
  • Manage food, labor, inventory, purchasing, and other operating costs to achieve financial and operational goals
  • Collaborate with hospitality and operations leadership to execute high-profile games, concerts, private events, and other large-scale experiences
