Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years in a current Director-level titled role
- Currently overseeing 8+ full-service restaurant locations
- Extensive experience with liquor, beer and wine programs
- Expert with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control
- Soft Skills Requirements:
- Excellent integrity and character
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
- Charismatic, motivational and high-energy
- Clear and articulate communication style
- Servant and hands-on leadership style
Restaurant Director of Operations Preferred Background and Skills:
- Current experience working for a big box, national, casual restaurant chain
- Experience with local community networking
- Currently residing in Charlotte or Raleigh market
