Our beautiful property just minutes outside of Charlotte is seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef to help bring our farm-to-table vision to life. This role supports the Head Chef in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high-quality standards for both daily farm guests and special events.

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing menus that highlight fresh, locally grown ingredients.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Oversee kitchen operations, staff, and food safety standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ years of culinary experience (restaurant, catering, hotel, or banquet).
• Strong farm-to-table philosophy and passion for fresh ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and creative menu development skills.
