seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to lead inbound and outbound operations within a high-volume production environment.

Requirements & Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient execution.
  • Manage inventory levels, FIFO rotation, and product traceability across on-site and off-site storage locations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, temperature control, and documentation requirements.
  • Lead and develop supervisors and team members while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement.
  • Monitor labor utilization, productivity, and operational costs while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Quality teams to coordinate material needs, resolve operational issues, and meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications Include:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory management, with demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, food safety, and HACCP. Knowledge of FDA, USDA, OSHA, and EPA regulations preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MRP, or similar inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
