Commercial Plumbing Project Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3+ years experience in construction commercial plumbing project management (leadership role)
- 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience
- Experience working in the field, not the GC side
- Experience with commercial boiler systems, pumps, and hydronic systems
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license in NH
- OSHA 10 certification
- Working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Trimble, Project Site, Vista, and Procure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, if required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work in confined spaces, on ladders, rooftops, and elevated platforms
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, crawl, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying weather and job site conditions
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and service vehicles
Commercial Plumbing Project Manager Soft Skills Requirements:
- Advanced customer service skills
- Organized
- Ability to manage multiple people, jobs, subcontractors and vendors concurrently
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, empathy, and teamwork abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commercial Plumbing Project Manager Preferred Skills and Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- Backflow certification
- Medical gas certification
- OSHA 30
- NH Gas Fitter License / EPA Certification
- PMP Certification
- Sage Timberline
- Estimating skills
