Order Fulfillment Supervisor – 2nd Shift
This is an opportunity to lead outbound fulfillment operations in a well-established distribution center, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or logistics operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanning, and shipping software
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise daily order picking, packing, staging, replenishment, and outbound shipping activities
- Plan workloads based on order volume, staffing, and carrier schedules to meet customer priorities
- Monitor workflow and adjust labor to avoid bottlenecks and maintain productivity
- Lead, train, and develop fulfillment associates through coaching and pre-shift meetings
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, inventory variances, and shipping exceptions
- Collaborate with Inventory Control, Receiving, Shipping, and Transportation teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Support inventory cycle counts and maintain a clean, organized work environment
