We’re looking for an experienced Residential Construction Technician / Carpenter to handle construction, renovation, repair, and property improvement projects throughout New Hampshire. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid residential construction experience who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and take pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential construction, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance
- Complete framing, trim, flooring, siding, doors, windows, decks, and finish work
- Assist with manufactured/modular home installation and setup
- Complete punch-list work and prepare homes for occupancy
- Troubleshoot construction and property-related issues
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Coordinate with team members, contractors, and suppliers
- Assist with seasonal and emergency property needs as required
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential construction, remodeling, carpentry, or home-building experience
- Strong carpentry and general construction skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between properties in New Hampshire
- Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious
- Additional experience with modular homes, equipment operation, basic plumbing/electrical repairs, or reading construction plans is a plus.
