Join a growing medical practice in Brooklyn offering flexible scheduling and various shift options for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. NP / PA Requirements & Qualifications

• Active New York NP or PA license — REQUIRED
• Active New York Medicaid Provider ID — REQUIRED
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable treating common outpatient conditions
• Excellent communication and bedside manner

NP / PA Preferred Background & Skills

• Experience in urgent care, family medicine, primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics, emergency medicine, community health, walk-in clinics, telehealth, or outpatient care
• Urgent care experience is not required

NP / PA Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric patients
• Treat common acute illnesses and everyday medical conditions
• Provide in-office and telehealth visits
• Prescribe medications within your scope of practice
• Determine when referral or escalation of care is appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members
