We are seeking a proactive, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the marketing and accounting department in a Senior Living Facility. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across administration, marketing, accounting, systems, and executive support while building a long-term career.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support to executive leadership and the team
• Review expense reports, assist with accounts receivable and communicating with families regarding expenses and rent
• Maintain office supplies, operational records, and compliance documentation
• Support cross-functional projects and proactively identify opportunities to improve organization, processes, and efficiency

Administrative Assistant Requirements

• Strong proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office, Google Docs and AI
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred all majors are welcome
