This opportunity is with a nationwide restaurant retail store seeking a hands-on Assistant Grocery Manager who enjoys leading their team and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role offers the chance to drive daily operations while fostering a positive work environment.
Assistant Grocery Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Assistant Grocery Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar management role
- Proven positive leadership with a people-first mindset
- Experience managing warehouse operations
- Background in P&L management, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and loss prevention
Assistant Grocery Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all associates daily with a hands-on approach
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at local, state, and federal levels
- Oversee daily operations, conduct meetings, and prepare reports
- Analyze sales and profit data to support business decisions
- Create a positive customer experience at all levels of the store
